Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully and tick box to indicate that you are happy to proceed with booking.



Please only book a home visit if you live within the geographical area shown on the map.



Flourish Pregnancy Services is committed to protecting your privacy. Treatments are undertaken with dignity and confidentiality, and personal data and health records will be maintained in accordance with GDPR, insurance and NMC regulations.


Information sharing

By purchasing or accepting a treatment from Flourish Pregnancy Services, you are agreeing to provide personal information about your medical and obstetric history, current health, any medications you are taking and other treatment you are receiving. Failure to provide accurate details may result in unsuitable or inappropriate treatment. You are required to provide emergency contact and GP details, and consent to Flourish Pregnancy Services contacting either if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse treatment, for example where there are medical or obstetric contraindications.



Packages require payment in full at time of purchase. Payments are non refundable except at the discretion of Flourish Pregnancy Services in exceptional circumstances. Online bookings for individual treatments (not as part of a package) require a deposit to be paid at time of purchase, and the remaining balance to be paid in person on the day of the appointment either in cash or by bank transfer (payment links available). Deposits are non refundable except at the discretion of Flourish Pregnancy Services in exceptional circumstances, such as hospitalisation or if treatment is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable. 


If your baby is born prior to your scheduled appointment(s), you will be entitled to postnatal treatment (or treatments) of your choice instead. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments can be rescheduled up until 24 hours before the appointment time using the online system. You will not have to pay another deposit if you reschedule, though your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel an appointment without rescheduling, or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment please contact Abbi directly via text, whatsapp, or phone.  If, in extenuating circumstances, Flourish need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be entitled to either receive a refund of your deposit or to reschedule your treatment for another time. 

Additional information

Flourish Pregnancy Services provides care which is complementary to, and does not replace routine midwifery care. If you are concerned about the wellbeing of yourself or your baby, contact your maternity care provider not Flourish Pregnancy Services.
