Pregnancy Treatments Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully and ensure that you are happy to proceed with booking.

 

Location

Please only book a home visit if you live within the geographical area stated.

 

Privacy

Flourish Pregnancy Services is committed to protecting your privacy. Treatments are undertaken with dignity and confidentiality, and personal data and health records will be maintained in accordance with GDPR, insurance and NMC regulations.

 

Information sharing

By purchasing or accepting a treatment from Flourish Pregnancy Services, you are agreeing to provide personal information about your medical and obstetric history, current health, any medications you are taking and other treatment you are receiving. Failure to provide accurate details may result in unsuitable or inappropriate treatment. You are required to provide emergency contact and GP details, and consent to Flourish Pregnancy Services contacting either if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse treatment, for example where there are medical or obstetric contraindications.

 

Payment

Treatments are to be paid for in person on the day of the appointment either in cash or by bank transfer (payment links available). If you pay for a course of treatments up front, a deposit is required at the time of booking, fand the remaining balance will be due after your first treatment. Deposits are non refundable except at the discretion of Flourish Pregnancy Services in exceptional circumstances, such as hospitalisation or if treatment is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable.

Cancellation

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Notice can be given by text, Whatsapp, or phone. Payment in full will be required for treatments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment time unless there are exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of Flourish.  If, in extenuating circumstances, Flourish need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be entitled to either receive a refund or to reschedule your treatment for another time.

Flourish Pregnancy Services provides care which is complementary to, and does not replace routine midwifery care. If you are concerned about the wellbeing of yourself or your baby, contact your maternity care provider not Flourish Pregnancy Services.
