
Pamper Party Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of the Service
Pamper parties are designed as creative, relaxing and social experiences for enjoyment only. Activities may include making wax melts, shower steamers, body scrubs, aromatherapy blends and other pampering products.These activities are not medical or therapeutic treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

2. Pregnancy & Health Disclaimer
While elements of the experience may be inspired by my professional background as a pregnancy massage therapist, pamper party activities are not massage treatments or clinical services. All activities are optional, and guests are encouraged to participate only in activities they feel comfortable with.

3. Guest Responsibility & Allergies
Guests are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during the event.

Guests must not participate in any activity they know may cause discomfort, irritation or an allergic reaction.

It is the responsibility of the organiser to inform me of any known allergies, sensitivities or relevant considerations ahead of the event.

Guests are encouraged to notify the host on the day if they have any concerns.
I cannot be held responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities or allergies.
4. Products & Ingredients
Pamper party activities may involve the use of fragrance oils, essential oils, cosmetic ingredients and craft materials.

Ingredients are selected with care, however individual sensitivities vary.

Patch testing is encouraged where appropriate.

Products made during the event are for personal use only.
5. Participation
Participation in all activities is entirely voluntary.
Guests may:

Observe instead of participate

Opt out of specific activities at any time

Choose fragrance-free or minimal options where available
No pressure will be placed on any guest to take part.
6. Liability
By attending a pamper party, guests acknowledge that they participate at their own discretion and responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for:

Adverse reactions arising from undisclosed allergies or sensitivities

Discomfort caused by personal participation choices

Use of products after the event
7. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date as stated on the invoice.

Guest numbers must be confirmed by the agreed deadline; additional guests may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations are subject to the booking and payment terms outlined at the time of booking.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking request and/or attending a pamper party, the organiser and guests confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
