Service Description
This one-to-one hypnosis session offers a deeply relaxing, supportive space to quiet the mind and gently work through unwanted thoughts, feelings, or habits. You’ll be guided into a calm, focused state similar to meditation, where you remain aware, in control, and able to engage throughout. Many people describe the experience as deeply restful, allowing the conscious mind to take a pause while the body and mind relax. During your session, you’ll also have the option to learn self-hypnosis techniques to use independently at home. Hypnosis can be particularly helpful for: - Anxiety and overwhelm - Fear of birth or childbirth-related worries - Pain management - Smoking cessation - Promoting relaxation and emotional balance For best results, a course of three sessions is recommended, particularly when working with longer-standing concerns. A one-off session is also a wonderful way to experience the calming, restorative benefits of hypnosis. Each session will last approximately 45-60 minutes including consultation time. Suitable from conception through to 12 weeks postnatally. Enjoy this calming, supportive session in the comfort of your own home, leaving you feeling more settled, grounded, and at ease.
